Used for braided chair seats and backrests. This material is used in many design classics such as Hans J. Wegner's Wishbone Chair CH24 made by Carl Hansen & Søn, also Finn Juhl, Kaare Klint, Poul Kjærholm, Jorgen Baekmark and many more.
Hans J. Wegner was one of the first to use the paper cord in his designs back in 1949. He loved the materials incredible durability and the natural appearance. Approximately 120m is required for one Wegner CH24 Wishbone 'Y-Chair'.
