Anyone who's visited our stores knows how much we love photobooths. There's no substitute for the texture, imperfections, and pure spontaneity they capture.

We've had two in Manchester for many years, and our Leeds store is home to a legendary 1960s M12 Black-and-White Photobooth. With some recent additions, we now proudly have five photobooths at our Manchester HQ. Most of these mid-century wonders were made when The Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix ruled the airwaves. However, all those years of rock and roll have taken their toll.

Unfortunately, only our 1968 Photo-Me Model 17 Black & White Photo Booth (Manchester Black and White Booth) is currently functional. The rest have all been checked into intensive care with our resident "boother", Stu. He's good, but with parts no longer in production and the chemicals hard to come by, it's a slow process. But trust us, it'll be worth the wait.

We hope to have the rest of them back in action as soon as possible with the help of the wider community of boothers. One lucky booth caught the eye of Matteo Sani of Fotoautomatica and is now Florence-bound to be cared for by one of the best in the business. Alright, for some. We're always busy tinkering with our "experienced" photobooths. Recently, we've also been cooking up some products inspired by our love for them.
