Sue's Crochet Baby Blanket

Super Sue has been busy making this lovely baby blanket for our Lalitha, who is about to head off on her maternity leave. The super soft blanket was made out of Natura crochet yarn, Sue didn't follow a pattern but used classic crochet stitches devising the pattern herself. Sue used a 3mm Clover Crochet Hook to make the blanket, she opted to use our Soft Touch Hook as she finds them to be kinder on her hands when working on a large piece. For the main body of the blanket Sue used 15 balls of Natura in Sable and for the border and duckling, she used 2 balls of Natura in Tournesol. To finish off the duckling's beak and feet she used a small amount of Pearl Cotton in orange and used black for the eyes.
